Developing and Maintaining Business Security Culture

Security is an extremely important issue. All social systems need security to function and to achieve their goals. Some of these are business organizations. Business security culture is a foundation of business security. Building and maintaining security culture has a managerial aspect and is related to management. The goal of the current paper is to draw attention to this topic. It aims to shed light on the main aspects of the subject. The article makes an attempt to perform three main tasks, namely the analysis of: 1) the business security concept; 2) the concept of business culture; 3) the development and maintenance of business security culture.References
