Новата бизнес парадигма за успех все повече налага принципите на сътрудничество за реализиране на синергичен ефект и значими ползи за организациите партньори. В този смисъл успешната проектна дейност на организациите в стратегически план зависи от изграждането на ефективни партньорства. Статията представя апробиран модел за оценяване на организационна зрелост в управлението на партньорски мрежи при реализацията на проекти. Моделът се базира на четири области за оценка и пет нива на зрелост.АbstractThe new business paradigm for success requires the principles of collaboration to achieve synergy and substantial benefits for the partner organizations. Therefore, the strategic successful project activity of organizations depends on the establishment of effective partnerships. The article proposes a tested model for assessing the maturity of project partnership networks. The model is based on four assessment areas and five maturity levels.Литература (библиография)
