Туризъм за всички: дигитални решения за подобряване на достъпността в туризма

Иновативните съвременни технологии предоставят на хората с различни увреждания по-широки възможности за планиране, резервиране и осъществяване на туристически пътувания и дейности. В настоящата публикация са анализирани технологични и дигитални решения, които подпомагат достъпния туризъм. Трудът подчертава значението на технологиите като решаващ елемент от подобряването на достъпността на дестинациите и предоставя поглед върху успешните практики при улесняването на достъпа до туристически дейности за хората с увреждания. Особено внимание е обърнато на мобилните приложения, онлайн платформите, изкуствения интелект (AI), виртуалната и добавената реалност (VR и AR) и Интернет на нещата (IoT), които предоставят персонализирани и достъпни решения за туристите с различни потребности. Застъпена е тезата, че за да бъде постигната ефективна достъпност, е необходим интегриран подход, включващ дигитални иновации, физическа инфраструктура и активна обратна връзка от потребителите. Чрез целенасочени инвестиции и сътрудничество може да бъде изграден по-приобщаващ и достъпен туристически сектор за всички. Въз основа на проучените примери и успешни практики са формулирани изводи и препоръки към туристическия бизнес и туристическите дестинации за интегриране на технологични иновации в полза на достъпността.Литература (библиография)
